Children's Folk Dance and Music

Northern Lights are the Dance and Theatre

Group chosen from talented students

and pupils at Northern Dance Centre

Created over sixty years ago by Margaret Allenby-Jaffe,

students have performed in Austria, Spain,

Denmark, France, Italy, Switzerland and the UK.

They have also accepted invitations

to perform at Disneyland, Paris

and the Royal Albert Hall, London,

and are frequent guests at the

International Eisteddfod in Llangollen,Wales,

where they won First Prize in 2009 . . . . .

 . . . . . and the World Folk Dance Festival in Palma,

Mallorca, where they gained the Silver Medal

in the Children's International Competition in 2005.
